Gervonta "Tank" Davis Knocks down Ryan Garcia In the 7th Round

Gervonta "Tank" Davis Knocked Down Ryan "King" Garcia with a body shot in the seventh round on Saturday Night at the T-mobile arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. This was one the most anticipated and hyped boxing match of the year.

Both of these boxers came in this match unbeaten with Davis record being 28-0 with 26 knockouts and Garcia record was 23 - 0 with 19 Knockouts. Both of these fighters had a lot to lose going into the fight with heavy weight on their names and their unbeaten record. Also with Millions of people watching on PPV Showtime and with 20,845 people watching in the sold out T-Mobile Arena.


One of biggest highlights of the fight was in the middle of the second round Davis threw a left well-timed hook to Garcia right to the jaw and Garcia fell down to the floor and got right back up. The whole crowd was shocked and pumped after they saw that it gave Davis So much Momentum after that


The most important highlight of the night is in the seventh round Davis struct Garcia with a hurtful body shot that made him kneel down. The referee decided to stop the fight after Ryan could not get back on his feet.


" I couldn't Breathe" Garcia said. ' I was going to get back up, But I couldn't get up... he just hit me with a good shot."


Davis was unsure about Garcia so he had his gloves up ready to throw another punch until he feel to his knees. " I thought he was going to get up," Davis said. " when he was looking at me, I was like 'get up' and he shock his head no."


Overall this fight turned out to be a good fight both fighters fought really hard. For 24 year old Garcia, he has a bright future ahead of him and a lot of talent. For Davis he still remained unbeaten with a record of 29-0.
